The file this tool builds follows the iCalendar spec (RFC 5545), so it opens in Google Calendar, Outlook, Office 365, Apple Calendar and anything else that reads calendar files. Attach it to an email, drop it on a landing page, or send it to a colleague.
Times are converted to UTC when the file is written, which is what lets an invite land at the right local hour for whoever opens it — wherever in the world they are.
