Will my events be managed from within HubSpot?

Yes. You have first create your account and setup your dashboard view. After that, you can edit your event directly in HubSpot within your dashboard by embed our app there, or within our app, whichever you find easiest. 

Will I still use Excel/Google Sheets to check people in?

Nope! Stop wasting time import and export attendees for your event. With our simple app, you can check-in attendees, cancel their registration, and get all the analytic reporting you've dreamed of without leaving your HubSpot dashboard.

Is there help document or a knowledge base?

Yes, we are an evergrowing knowledge base to help you answer any question that might come up. If you can't find your answer in our knowledge base, no worries, just start a live chat or send us a support request.

Can I email/text event registrants, attendees, and no-shows with HubSpot?

Yes, SimpleEvents automatically tags registrants and checked-in attendees so you can create tailored event announcements, reminders, and follow-ups. Hello, increased event attendance and post-event conversion!

Can I check in people at my event using HubSpot?

Yes, directly in a HubSpot Dashboard.

Can I make my own event landing page?

Yes, SimpleEvents automatically creates the HubSpot form for you to use anywhere you promote your event. So you can edit this form within HubSpot and use it anywhere you can use a typical HubSpot form.

Do I have to have HubSpot Pro or Enterprise?

No, SimpleEvents works with all versions of HubSpot.

Where's my data store?

SimpleEvents stores only what is needed to run your events. Everything else is stored in HubSpot. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless experience between the two platforms. The little bit of data we do store is currently located in the United States.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Log into the SimpleEvents platform and navigate to the billing section.
