How to Export a Contact List from Your Marketing Event

Exporting a contact list from HubSpot is a straightforward process that allows you to manage and utilize your contact data effectively. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

Access the List Section in HubSpot

Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to the "List" section in the main dashboard.

Create a New List

Click the "Create list" button to initiate the list creation process.

Define the List Filter Details

In the list creation window, provide a name for your list. This name should clearly represent the purpose or source of the list.

Add a Filter

To narrow down the list to contacts from your marketing event, follow these sub-steps:

  1. Under the "Filters" section, click on "Add filter."
  2. From the filter options, select "Marketing Event."
  3. After selecting "Marketing Event," a sub-filter for "event name" will appear. Click on it.
  4. From the dropdown menu, choose the specific event you want to include in the list.

Save the List

Download the Contact List

Once your list has populated with the contacts meeting your criteria, follow these steps to export it:

  • Navigate to the "Actions" menu associated with the list.
  • Within the "Actions" menu, locate and select the option to "Export List"
